Hi, I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist supporting mothers who feel stretched, reactive, or on edge — and want to experience more steadiness, connection, and ease in their daily lives.

The women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply devoted. From the outside, they often look like they’re holding everything together. Inside, they can feel tense, overstimulated, and far from the calm, connected motherhood they imagined.

Through both lived experience and clinical work, I’ve seen how the nervous system quietly shapes these patterns — influencing reactions, disconnection, and the cycle of guilt that follows. Not because something is wrong, but because the body has been carrying more than it was meant to hold alone.

My work focuses on gently retraining the nervous system so steadiness becomes something your body can actually experience and return to. And from that place, patience, presence, and connection begin to feel more natural again.
